Day 12 – “Above and Beyond!”

While I was meditating on the Word in 2 Cor. 3:18, the Lord revealed the following to me:
Jesus is the Living Word who was made flesh (John 1). As we behold Him in the Word, and absorb (through meditation) the light that is in the Word (for the entrance of the Word gives light), the light of His glory in the Word (logos) becomes revelation to us (Rhema) and transforms us into His image – from one degree of glory to the next by the power of the Holy Spirit. It changes the way we see and the way we think and believe! But the key is to absorb His Word by meditation, allowing the light of this Word to penetrate our consciousness, dispelling all darkness of unbelief, doubt, wavering, etc.
When He quickens a certain Scripture to us regarding something or someone that we are praying for, He sends us that Word to apply to the situation (by prayer and declaration) and that Word will not return to Him void, but will accomplish that which He sent it for (Is.55:11).
The Word’s creative power is set in motion by our declarations of faith in agreement with the Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit brings it into manifestation.
We have already received a number of Prophetic Words, so let us take time to meditate on these and “see” it coming into effect by envisioning it (seeing the end-result by faith). As we meditate on the Word, speaking it back to God, while asking the Holy Spirit to make it alive to us, it becomes substance on the inside and reality in our spirit man, creating an expectancy of faith (Heb.11:1).
Also make a list of the Scriptures that the Lord has given each of you personally and use your mouth to release it into your circumstances by prayer, praise, song, shouts, decree coupling it with dance, banners, instruments in joyous celebration by faith.

Expect the Lord to work in wondrous ways – above what we can pray or think!
I have been awakened at 1am this morning and have been praying for everyone who has joined this 21-day prayer incentive. The Lord put it strongly on my heart to consecrate a fast of 3 days to devote myself to intercede for His people according to the plumbline of His Word (much like Esther who pleaded for the life of her people). This means that all my appointments will be cancelled (some nice dinner appointments too), etc. etc.

Please join me in this fast if you feel a tug of the Holy Spirit – even if it is to fast one meal a day to truly devote yourself to prayer, declaring God’s Word over every need. I sense that this is a crucial time during these 21 days to press in with His Word in fasting and intercession.
So now we are calling forth the things which are not just as though they were (Rom. 4:17b) establishing the vision of the manifestation of it firmly in our mind’s eye, seeing with the eyes of the spirit and not of the flesh.
