INSIGHTS FOR THIS SEASON – APRIL 2014

 

Currently we are in a very important time frame in preparation for the Passover celebration, starting on the evening of April 14th, 2014 (April being the time of Aviv or the month of Nisan in the Hebrew calendar).

It is a time of cleansing and sanctification by the Holy Spirit to step into a new dimension in the spirit through the double open doors by prophetic direction under an open heaven, overcoming every barrier that comes up before us and break through into new dimensions of God’s glory.  Therefore it is a time to spend as much time possible in his Presence in prayer, worship and the Word.

As the time draws near to the timing of the first Blood Moon, which will appear across the globe on Tuesday, April 15th, many of us are led to prayer and fasting – especially for protection over Israel.  The atmosphere is pregnant with expectation of what God is about to do in the earth;  therefore it is so important to be rightly positioned at His feet.
The year 2014 is numerically the year 5774 in the Hebrew calendar, known as Ayin Dalet.  Ayin refers to vision and Dalet to an open door. 

While I was praying with someone over the phone, I suddenly realized that the increased attacks of the enemy are on the EYE and the DOOR(because it is the year of Ayin-Dalet).  If we cannot see where we are going, we stumble around aimlessly in the dark.

We are to walk through the open doors (Dalet) to gain both visual (Ayin) access into new realms in the spirit and physical access through open doors in the natural.

The quickening of the Spirit of wisdom and revelation opens our spiritual eyes to “SEE” and to understand the Word and it becomes alive to us in the revelation of Jesus Christ.  The Word and the Spirit work together in the opening of the spiritual eyes of enlightened understanding.  Then follows the “same power that raised Jesus from the dead” in action.

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places…” 

(Eph. 1: 17-20)

This is why the spirit of deception is now working overtime, together with the Python spirit to distract the children of the Lord, trying to pull us out of focus on the Lord into a pre-occupation with self and the negative circumstances around us and to render us powerless, feeling paralyzed and isolated.  Feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness follow and once you get trapped in this confusion, it is difficult to break out of it.  If you are experiencing any of these “symptoms”, get someone to pray with you and to help you to rise up in victory.

Whatever catches the eye, will pre-occupy the mind.  Therefore it is imperative to keep our focus on the Lord Jesus, pondering things above and not on the circumstances and issues on the earth.

We have to shake off the serpent in the fire of purification and step into the miracles that God has prepared for us to walk in in this season.

The Living Word of the Lord, received in open heaven visual (Ayin) experiences will become the power force of the Spirit to break strongholds that have kept us captive and break us through into the double portion of Elisha as he walked it out in the earth realm. We need to simply assess every issue in the natural by taking it to the Lord, getting His perspective and His Word on it, so that we can see what He is saying.  Declaring His Word in agreement with Him, will break us through in victory every time.

I am reminded that in the same way that Elisha had to keep perseverant focus on the things happening in the spirit realm, his double portion was assured.  Our destiny is at stake.  So keep a determined focus on what the Lord is doing in the spirit realm to access your promises.  Hallelujah!

PRAYER DIRECTIVES and DECLARATIONS

Father of glory, we thank you that the eyes of our hearts are being enlightened, that our understanding is being enlarged and that we receive fresh revelation on a daily basis, growing in knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We expect that the angels of revelation are bringing us revelatory knowledge.
Everything about how we SEE is going to be changed.
We will not recognize our paradigm.

Lord, we thank You that You are changing our eyes, our perception and our perspective to see as You see, anointing our eyes with fresh oil.
We are expecting GREAT CHANGE and we are EMBRACING YOUR CHANGE.

We will stand as watchmen in a new way.  Give us the grace of revelation to see what You are saying and to be obedient in doing our part.

Everything that has obscured our view on the heavenly blueprint for our lives will be removed and we will see clearly with fresh vision.

We say “yes” to Your promises in our lives and we “see” ourselves walking through every barrier into new vistas in the spirit.

We also see new double doors opening for us in the earth realm and we see ourselves walking through into what You have prepared for us.

Father, grant us the security of Your love so that we can walk with a sound mind and stedfast emotions, conquering every obstacle in our way.  We ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and declare our victory in Him.

Thank you Lord for enlargement of our territory of influence to establish the Kingdom of God.  Hallelujah!
