The Lion of Judah is Roaring

Recently in a worship meeting I had a vision of a man who was sitting at a desk, writing. Suddenly I was seeing through his eyes what he was recording and found myself in a place with many many archways. As I looked up I saw the Lion of Judah coming towards me in all His majesty. As He reached me, I stepped right into His mouth. I was now on the inside of Him (as one with Him) as He was prowling through these archways on the lookout for sounds that our adversary, the devil has released – the one who seems as a roaring lion. The Lion of Judah was roaring through these archways to destroy the lies, accusations and deceptions of the enemy and I realized that He was roaring through the passages of my time line – into my past, present and future. As He was roaring, I realized that my voice was joined with His voice in “oneness” of agreement, destroying every assignment of the enemy to steal, kill and destroy. In the process my time line was recalibrated to truth, faith and hope in the knowledge of the power of my Deliverer and Defender.

I am sharing this with the body of Christ, as I sense that it is of utmost importance that we “war” with the sure Word of prophecy over our lives.

1 Peter 5:8-9 (KJV)
8 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”

The word “devour” literally means, “to swallow up”.

The devil’s main attack in on the mind. If he can get you to accept his suggestions of failure, discouragement, sickness, gloom and doom, you have already stepped into a downward spiral.

The lion has roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD has spoken, who can but prophesy? Amos 3:8 King James 2000

The lion’s roar forces every one to fear. Likewise the Divine call of the prophet compels him to speak in unison with the voice of the Lord God!

The Lord was showing Himself in this vision as our Deliverer and our Defense through His Word over our lives. As we look (with Him) into the areas where the enemy has lied, harassed and stolen from us in our past; and is trying to harass us in the present, planting seeds of hopelessness and fear of failure into our future, we can bring all those areas in our time line in agreement with God’s Word over our lives, declaring His Word in “oneness” of agreement with Him over our past, present and future, watching how the Lion of Judah causes us to recover all our past losses with a great spoil! Our present comes in alignment with faith and hope is rising up for our future. (Jer.29:11).

I want to encourage you to rise up with the sure Word of prophecy over your life and take back what the father of lies has spoken.

2 Pet.1:19: “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts.”
