DIFFERENT NEW SHOES FOR THE NEW SEASON

While fellowshipping with a friend in the glory, I had a vision and received the word, “New shoes for the new season.”  I saw very different shoes:  high heel shoes, sneakers and heavy boots.  As soon as I mentioned it, my friend saw high platform shoes.

 I understand that we will have new shoes for new assignments, which might be very different from one another, requiring different gear in the natural and in the spirit.  This of course requires to be fine-tuned to the Spirit, hearing and promptly heeding His voice in total obedience – on the ready for the demand of the new assignment to walk onto whichever ground He chooses you to be.

 KINGLY, REIGNING AUTHORITY

 With having heard from God comes a kingly, reigning authority with keen discernment, being properly “shod” for every occasion where we stepped into – in preparation for the gospel of peace, with the Word of God in our mouths to shift situations, cities, regions and countries into the new sound.

 NEW, HIGHER PLATFORMS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES

 We will also step up on to new, higher platforms and into new opportunities and we will have to have the proper spiritual preparation for the specific assignment.  From the place of intimate relationship with the King, we will be well-equipped with His Word of authority, wielding this sword of the Spirit for powerful displays of His glory.

 We will also need divine wisdom to be easily yielded to the Spirit, flexible to move in suddenlies and be “on the ready” to move in quick obedience to fulfill His assignments.

  ”But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated (or yielded = flexible) full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”  James 3:17

 Pure hearts and clean hands are a pre-requisite to carry the pure sound and power of His glory, establishing God’s will in the earth as it is in heaven with signs and wonders following. 

 So, be prepared to step into any occasion that God has assigned for you, knowing that He is the Breaker, going before you, breaking through any opposition as your Deliverer, making the crooked places straight before you as you bring the good news to the seven mountains of society.

 CONFIRMATION OF THE WORD

 The same evening after the vision I went out with my daughter.  It started raining and I was running for shelter when my right shoe, which has a kind of “wedge” platform, became detached from the bottom part.  My speed was broken and I had to “drag” the shoe along on the ground to be able to walk.  

 In reflecting on it, I realized that God was confirming the Word which I received in the morning.  I love these shoes, but they are about 5 years old and I wore them a lot – even had new soles put on them as they are most comfortable and pretty and I wore them everywhere for every occasion.

 I sense God is saying that in the spirit our old shoes (habits and ways of going about our life and ministry), even though they are comfortable, have to make way for the new.  We cannot cling to the old (I have already repaired them with glue and found that the other one was also coming apart). 

 The old needs to be left behind, coming out of our comfort zones and be open for new approaches to different situations and different spheres of influence, otherwise our momentum will be slowed down and we will be hindered in our walk – especially as God is about to pour out the glory rain in new dimensions, where we will be dancing in the rain of His Spirit with hinds’ feet in high places, not being hindered by negative things happening in the natural, distracting our focus and flexibility. (It only rained for a few minutes from the moment I left my car until I went into the building where we met).  

 I also sense that a new authority is coming as we are upgraded to walk onto new, higher platforms wielding the sword of the Spirit over situations, regions and countries, releasing the Word of God out of intimate relationship with the King of glory.

Lately I have been very aware of the fact that we need to listen intentionally to the Holy Spirit before opening our mouths, speaking only what we hear our Father is saying.(John 12:49)

James 1: 19-20: ”Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.”

 “Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.” – 

Ps. 141: 2-3 ”

 Our mouths should only carry the Word of the Lord in the authority that comes from encounter.  It shifts the status quo and brings divine order and perspective for those who have ears to hear.

 2 Cor.2:17:  “For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.”

 It is an awesome privilege to walk in close communion-union with God, but it brings a holy fear and the responsibility of speaking only that which we hear Him saying, which is holy.

 John 12:49

“For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, He gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.”

 I want to encourage everyone who reads this to consecrate yourself afresh to the Lord in a holy walk and talk, listening constantly to hear His instructions and be willing and yielded to walk it out in absolute obedience – clothed in the armor of light, the Christ, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace (Eph.6:15), speaking His Word with boldness and authority, establishing His Kingdom!

 Rom.10:15 ”And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace”.

 We, as born-again Christians, have the privilege to bring the “Good Tidings”, that announces the reigning power of the King, Christ Jesus!  Let us refrain from speaking about the works of darkness, or meddle with quarrels.  We are to take the place of the third party that brings godly perspective and authority through the Word from our Father. 

 Jubilee Bible 2000: Is.52:7:

“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that brings good tidings, that publishes peace, that brings good tidings of good, that publishes saving health, that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigns!”

 As mature sons and daughters of the King, clothed in the Christ in the armor of Light, we are armed withTruth, Salvation, Righteousness, having the Faith of God. We are ready to bring the Gospel of peace with the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, while staying tuned to Him, praying much in tongues.(Eph.6: 12-18)  Fitly joined together, as every joint supplies, (Eph.4:16) we form a formidable army, taking the Kingdom by force in sync with the movement of heaven.  Hallelujah!
