Day 15 – Grace and Mercy Rain
As I was praying, I suddenly saw the grace of God raining over us as we worship Him, putting all our trust in Him alone.
Today we are going to celebrate God’s Faithfulness in providing for us a High Priest, who lives to intercede for us because He shed His blood for us.
Yesterday at 12 noon ET I brought all the requests that were received by phone and internet and put them on the altar before the Lord, our High Priest, trusting Him to obtain grace and mercy on our behalf. Then I took communion on behalf of all of us and those we are praying for, praising God for His covenant with us through the blood.
Hebrews 4:14-16
Amplified Bible (AMP)
“14 Inasmuch then as we have a great High Priest Who has [already] ascended and passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession [of faith in Him].
15 For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but One Who has been tempted in every respect as we are, yet without sinning.
16 Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].”
Therefore, let us rejoice today that we have a High Priest who has compassion on us. He lives to intercede for us:
Hebrews 7:25 (Amp)
7:25 “Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God {and} intercede with Him {and} intervene for them.
7:26 [Here is] the High Priest [perfectly adapted] to our needs, as was fitting–holy, blameless, unstained by sin, separated from sinners, and exalted higher than the heavens.
PRAISE:
Lord, we praise You for being our High Priest, having presented Your own blood for us in the heavens at the Throne of grace, having sprinkled it on the mercy seat so that we can obtain grace an mercy in our own lives and those we are praying for.
We worship You that You are interceding with us as we pray in accordance with Your Word and Your will for sinners to be saved, for deliverance and healing and provision. Thank You, Lord!
DECLARATIONS:
*Lord, You are our full provision, providing in all of our need, according the the riches of Your glory in Christ Jesus! We PRAISE YOU and THANK YOU!
* Lord, we declare that You are faithful and true to Your Word and that You will grant us mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].”
* Only mercy and goodness shall follow us all the days of our lives and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever.
* We see ourselves and our situations soaked in the rain of Your grace.
WE REJOICE IN YOU and WE CELEBRATE YOUR GOODNESS and GRACE and MERCY over our lives and those of our loved ones and those we pray for that we do not even know. Thank You, Lord!
